  1. Booking and Reservation Policy
  • Booking Process:
    To book any of our services (tours, transportation, accommodation, etc.), you must provide accurate details, including full name, contact information, tour selection, and payment details. All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Confirmation of Bookings:
    Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email with your itinerary and payment receipt. If you do not receive this email within 48 hours of booking, please contact us immediately.
  • Special Requests:
    If you have any special requests (such as dietary preferences, accessibility needs, or specific accommodation requirements), please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  1. Payment Policy
  • Payment Methods:
    We accept payments through secure channels, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure online payment methods. Payments for bookings can be made through our website or via direct communication with our team.
  • Deposit and Full Payment:
    A deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance due before the start of the service. For certain tours or services, full payment may be required upfront. Specific payment terms will be communicated during the booking process.
  • Currency:
    Payments should be made in the local currency (Albanian lek) or as specified during the booking process if you are paying in another currency.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation by the Client:
    If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected]. The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service booked:
    • Tours: Cancellations made 15 days or more in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 15 days of the tour date will incur a cancellation fee.
    • Accommodation and Transportation: Cancellations must be made 7 days or more before the scheduled arrival or service date for a refund. Late cancellations will incur a fee or no refund, depending on the accommodation or transportation provider’s policy.
  • Cancellation by Visit Albania Tour Operator:
    In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your tour or service (due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, political unrest, etc.), we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
  • Refunds:
    Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days. The method of refund will be the same as the payment method used.
  1. Tour and Service Modifications
  • Changes to Bookings:
    If you need to make changes to your booking, such as modifying the tour date or number of participants, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability. Please note that changes made within 7 days of the service date may incur additional charges.
  • Substitution of Services:
    In the event of circumstances that affect the planned services (e.g., weather, road conditions, or local regulations), we reserve the right to substitute certain aspects of the tour or service. We will provide a similar or better alternative, but no compensation will be provided for changes made under these circumstances.
  1. Group Tours and Customized Tours
  • Group Tours:
    If you are booking a group tour, a minimum number of participants may be required to confirm the booking. If the minimum number is not met, we will offer an alternative tour or a full refund.
  • Customized Tours:
    For customized or private tours, we offer personalized itineraries based on your preferences. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, and the final itinerary and payment terms will be agreed upon prior to final confirmation.
  1. Liability and Insurance
  • Tour Operator Liability:
    Visit Albania Tour Operator is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the course of a tour or service. We recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers health, accidents, cancellations, and lost luggage.
  • Travel Insurance:
    We strongly recommend that clients purchase appropriate travel insurance before embarking on any tour or service with us. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure your safety, Visit Albania Tour Operator is not liable for any issues arising during the trip.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Health and Fitness:
    Clients must be in good physical health and capable of participating in the activities included in the tours. It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the planned activities.
  • Respect for Local Culture:
    We ask all our clients to respect local cultures, customs, and regulations while on tours. Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or illegal will result in the termination of services, without refund.
  • Documentation:
    Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary documentation for travel (such as visas, passports, etc.). Visit Albania Tour Operator is not responsible for any issues related to incorrect or expired documentation.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We ensure that your data is protected and used only for the purpose of fulfilling your booking, processing payments, and enhancing your experience with Visit Albania Tour Operator.
