  1. Booking a Tour
  • Booking Process:
    • To make a reservation, you must submit the required details, including the type of tour, number of participants, and any special requests.
    • Upon confirmation of availability, we will provide you with a detailed itinerary and price quotation.
  • Booking Confirmation:
    • Once the booking details are finalized, we will send you a confirmation email with the tour details, including departure times, meeting points, and other important information. Please verify all details and notify us of any discrepancies.
  • Payment to Confirm the Booking:
    • A non-refundable deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount varies based on the type of tour, with the remaining balance due at least 30 days before the tour departure.
    • For custom tours, the payment terms may be different, depending on the complexity of the services provided. These details will be agreed upon during the booking process.
  • Payment Methods:
    We accept the following payment methods:
    • Bank transfer
    • Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
    • PayPal or other online payment options (subject to availability)
    • Cash payments (only in certain circumstances)
  • Booking Timeline:
    • All bookings should be made as early as possible to ensure availability. We recommend booking at least 30 days before your desired tour date.
  1. Final Payment
  • Due Date for Final Payment:
    • Full payment for all services is due at least 15 days before the start of the tour. If you book within 15 days of the tour departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • Late Payments:
    • If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and the deposit will be forfeited. You will be notified via email or phone regarding the outstanding payment.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation by the Customer:
    • More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit and administrative fees.
    • Between 15-30 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
    • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund available.
  • Cancellation by Visit Albania Tour Operator:
    • In rare cases, Visit Albania Tour Operator may cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure). In this event, we will offer a full refund or provide an alternative tour option at no additional cost to the customer.
  1. Changes to Booking
  • Modifications by the Customer:
    • If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., change of date, number of participants, or itinerary), please contact us at least 15 days before the departure. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to availability and additional charges if applicable.
  • Changes by Visit Albania Tour Operator:
    • Visit Albania Tour Operator reserves the right to modify or cancel services, accommodations, or transportation due to unforeseen events. We will notify you of any changes and offer alternatives or a refund if necessary.
  1. No-Show Policy
  • If you fail to show up for your scheduled tour or service, no refund will be provided. This includes missing transportation, accommodation check-ins, or any pre-scheduled activities.
  1. Group Tours and Special Arrangements
  • Group Tours:
    • For group bookings, the booking lead is responsible for all payments, cancellations, and communications on behalf of the group. If you are booking for a group, please ensure that all participants are aware of the booking policies.
    • For groups with more than 10 participants, a customized agreement will be created. Special conditions may apply based on the number of people and specific requests.
  • Special Requests:
    • If you have any special requests, including dietary needs, room preferences, or other personalized services, please inform us in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, they are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
  1. Liability and Responsibility
