  • Tour Modifications: Any requests for modifications to your booking must be submitted in writing. Modifications may be subject to additional charges.
  • Payment Terms: Payment for services is required before the tour begins. We accept payments by bank transfer, credit card, and other accepted methods.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel your booking, please refer to our cancellation policy, which varies depending on the tour and timing of cancellation.
  1. Tour and Service Description
  • Tour Scope: All tours offered by VATO GROUP SHPK are described in detail on our website, marketing materials, and booking confirmations. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of the services included.
  • Tour Modifications: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, VATO GROUP SHPK reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or accommodation. In such cases, we will inform you as early as possible and offer alternatives.
  • Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring that all necessary travel documents (such as passports, visas, and health certificates) are valid and meet the requirements for entry to the destination.
  1. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, medical expenses, accidents, and theft while traveling. VATO GROUP SHPK is not responsible for any losses, injuries, or damages to passengers during the course of the tour.

  1. Group Size and Special Requests
  • Group Sizes: Group tours may vary in size. For private tours, we will accommodate your group size based on your request.
  • Special Requirements: If you have any specific needs or special requests (such as dietary restrictions, mobility assistance, etc.), please notify us in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them but cannot guarantee all requests will be met.
  1. Health and Safety
  • Medical and Health Conditions: You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or other concerns that may affect your participation in the tour. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose condition poses a risk to their safety or the safety of others.
  • Liability: VATO GROUP SHPK is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or health-related issues that may occur during the tour. Participants engage in tours at their own risk.
  • Insurance: We recommend all participants have comprehensive travel insurance that includes medical coverage for the duration of the trip.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Behavior: All participants are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner during the tour. VATO GROUP SHPK reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour if their behavior disrupts the experience of others or poses a risk to safety.
  • Responsibility: Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings and for ensuring they adhere to the itinerary and guidelines provided by the tour leader or guide.
  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Tour Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel a booking, the following policies apply:
    • More than 30 days before the tour: Full refund, minus any administrative fees.
    • Between 15-30 days before the tour: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before the tour: No refund.
  • Tour Cancellation by Visit Albania Tour Operator: If VATO GROUP SHPK cancels a tour due to reasons beyond our control (force majeure, etc.), we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative tour.
  1. Force Majeure

VATO GROUP SHPK shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this agreement due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, civil unrest, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

  • Personal Data: By booking with us, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • Security: We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Albania.
  • Resolution: In case of disputes, we will make every effort to resolve the matter amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Albania.
